Cornflakes cocktail

August 24, 2007

I never liked cornflakes; it is boring and is obviously not a treat for taste buds. Prepare your Breakfast for a week and take it from me that you will start loving it; Ease of preparing takes higher priority than taste!! For all those bachelor souls working hard and struggling to prepare their Breakfast, I will share this Formula to make boring cornflakes fun and treat for taste buds. This innovative formula is my Mom’s invention, so thank her if you like it!!

Formula

What you need?

1.Cornflakes – 2 handfuls

2. Cold / Lukewarm Milk (preferably cold to maintain the crispness of flakes) – A glass

3. Britania Nice Time Biscuits (yes, coconut flavored sugar coated biscuits) – 2/3

4. Your favorite brand of Malt based chocolate powder – I prefer Milo or Boost

5. One stale chapatti (one left out of dinner) – this is optional

6. Honey – again optional

7. Sugar – you won’t need it! Remember biscuits were sugar coated! Still if you want – go ahead

The process
Here, I would urge you to follow the process and follow the steps for it will increase the fun of making it and also the taste

1. Pour milk in bowl

2. Float the Biscuits in the milk

3. Make small pieces of chapatti and drop them in milk

4. Add cornflakes (just put them on top of milk, no need to drown them in milk!)

5. Sprinkle Chocolate malt on the top – quantity should be good enough to hide everything below it!!

6. Add honey / sugar (if you are adding sugar do not stir, just sprinkle it – it tastes good with crunching sound!!)

That’s it – your power packed, healthy, tasty cornflakes cocktail is ready!!
Do try it once – and write in your comments for my mom’s innovation!!
Will share more cooking ideas in future!!
