Guess the Brand

Help me with this small exercise,
First check Following websites of the common banks in Australia – Focus more on Colors, logos etc that helps you recognize the brand
Check this image
Now using your senses, new found knowledge of banks above and concepts of Brand recall / color scheme etc etc, what do you feel which of the above banks could have launced this website / Product?

well, I cant say in the Australian context, but it looks very very ING!!
so if it is some other bank (which am sure it is, given my limited knowledge on banks) then the designer has absolutely spoilt the recall value 😛 too bad…
ANZ ..but nobody can guess ..the color scheme is all screwed up..people would possibly guess ING Direct
NaB or Bankwest
maybe ING but not likely… I would rather go with Bank West
Looks like ANZ has taken ING head on.
Making it look like ING may be deliberate and not accidental.
could be Bank West, but I believe the questions can’t be so easy and direct, else why would anyone ask the question itself 🙂

One direct is ANZ’s foray in to online banking without branches.
ING Direct has been successful and so has the colour scheme, so an obvious good starting point.
My guess is Bank West !
at the first look its undoubtedly ING but peeping tom peeped and its ANZ, anyways some dope on this is onedirect is an answer to ING orange mortgage launched early 2006 n this ws in mid 2006 keeping the colour combination same…….

the visuals indicate ING Direct but the answer is ANZ
If its ANZ, are they making a mistake by adopting a totally different color. Existing Customers may find it difficult to associate with the new image. But to my uninitiated eye, it looks like a BankWest site.

well I didn’t bothered to check the websites but its just my gutt feeling tht it cld be Bank West. they use this orange color evrerywhere possible till u hate it/get enough of it. hehe

ING Direct may be the other probable option…however, it seems the name is kinda misleading

As per your criterion of selection it has to be Bankwest, but actually it should be venture by ANZ to leverage direct market of ING Direct. No clue about the selection of colure scheme. If you know write up back. . .

NAB is the one with most inconsistent color scheme on its home-page. So may be one-direct is its another one.
